With our hassle-free returns, you have the option to choose between a full refund or 110% store credit to use on our website (excludes sample sales).

End of Season Sale

For end of season sales that we may hold from time to time, we don’t allow refunds unless the item is faulty. Instead we offer exchanges or 110% store credit.

Sample Sale Items

All sample sale items are sold as is and is a final sale purchase. Returns or exchanges are not available for sample sale items.

Returns Policy

At Liberté Swimwear we offer free return shipping on purchases made online for Australian metro areas and for orders over $200 to Australian non-metro areas.  Enjoy peace of mind shopping!

For Australian non-metro returns for orders under $200, you will need to organise your own shipping back to us.

For all international orders, you will need to organise your own shipping back to us.

For exchanges, please arrange a refund and place a new order.

*Liberté Swimwear reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the requirements of the return policy and are damaged, soiled, used or worn in any way deemed unacceptable. Please take care when trying on the garments to not leave any makeup stains or leave any scents or perfumes on the swimsuit. Returns will be denied and returned to the sender if deemed unsuitable for a refund or store credit. Please follow instructions for returns to expedite returns – if you don’t follow these instructions it will delay processing. Products purchased online marked as “Samples” are not refundable unless required by law. Sample products have imperfections which are factored into the discounted price.

Returns Instructions

Step 1: Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. Care labels, tags and original packaging is to remain intact and to be returned to us. Do not remove hygiene seal. Returns will not be accepted if removed.

Step 2: Download, print and complete our returns sheet. Make sure to send it to us with your unwanted items.


Step 3: Choose your correct returns method.

For Australian Metro returns please use Parcel Point to organise your free return label.


For Australian non-metro orders (under $200 AUD) and International orders, returns are at the cost of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable returns method and keeping your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, just in case your return package gets lost in transit. Step 4: Package up your unwanted items securely in the original postage bag and attach your return label ensuring any old labels are covered, or alternatively use your own waterproof package.
