Orders and returns

Once you receive an order confirmation from us we aim to pick, pack and ship your order within 2 business days.

Orders placed after AEST 3pm will be batched processed with orders placed the following morning.

We know that buying online isn’t easy, especially if you’re buying from a brand for the first time and don’t know how the sizing fits with your body. With our hassle free returns, you have the option to choose between a full refund or 110% store credit to use on our website. This does not apply to products marked as “Samples” on our website. 



Returns Policy


At Liberté Swimwear we offer free return shipping on purchases made online for Australian metro areas and for orders over $200 to Australian non-metro areas.  Enjoy peace of mind shopping!


For Australian non-metro returns for orders under $200 or international returns, you will need to organise your own shipping back to us.


For exchanges, please arrange a refund and place a new order.


*Liberté Swimwear reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the requirements of the return policy and are damaged, soiled, used or worn in any way deemed unacceptable. Please take care when trying on the garments to not leave any makeup stains or leave any scents or perfumes on the swimsuit. Returns will be denied and returned to sender if deemed unsuitable for a refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted for products marked as “Samples” unless required by law. These products have minor imperfections that are reflected in the discounted price. 

Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. Care labels, tags and original packaging is to remain intact and to be returned to us. Do not remove hygiene seal. Returns will not be accepted if removed.

We provide free shipping on all orders to Australian metro areas. Shipping to metro areas takes about 2-3 working days.

** Liberte Swimwear is not responsible for additional costs associated with shipping to your country such as customs, your local sales tax, etc. In addition, any delays in your payment of these costs may delay our ability to get the order to you within the timeframes specified above.

We don’t currently offer same day shipping but we are working on it. If this is something that you’d like to see on our site please let us know. The more customers who want it the faster we’ll work on getting it for you!

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been processed with the courier. To change your delivery address, contact us https://www.liberteswimwear.com/contactus.

We will send your order with an “authority to leave” – that is the courier will leave it in a safe place, if available, on your property in the event no one is home. In the event, the parcel is left in a safe place by the courier, Liberté Swimwear assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

You can select “do not use authority to leave” when ordering. In this case, if no one is home, the delivery will be taken to a collection point (usually a nearby pharmacy or newsagent) for you to collect. You will receive an email and a card left at your address informing you of where to go.

Please ensure you pick up your parcel within 5 calendar days, otherwise the parcel may be returned to us and you could incur re-delivery fees.

We accept payment in AUD, NZD and USD. Simply select your desired currency from top right hand corner to ensure you are viewing and checking out in your desired currency.

Please note Afterpay is currently only available for Australian customers.
