How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to process all orders placed before AEST 3pm on the same day.

Orders placed after AEST 3pm will be batched processed with orders placed the following morning.

Christmas return policy

If you purchased an item that qualifies for a return between the 22nd of November 2019 – 11th of December 2019, we have extended the returns period for you up until the 6th of January 2020.

To be able to return your order to us, please make sure:

  • The item is not on final sale (sample price)
  • Item/s must be in original packaging and in original condition including the free backpack included
  • Item/s are unworn with hygiene sticker and tags still intact

If your item matches all of these conditions, you can lodge a return as per usual. Visit our returns policy for more information on how you can return your item for free!

Any other items brought prior to the 22nd of November and after the 11th of December 2019 will be subject to our standard 21 dyas returns period.

What is your return and exchange policy

We know that buying online isn’t easy, especially if you’re buying from a brand for the first time and don’t know how the sizing fits with your body. With our hassle free returns, you have the option to choose between a full refund or 110% store credit to use on our website. This does not apply to products marked as “Samples” on our website.

Returns Policy

At Liberté Swimwear we offer free return shipping on purchases made online for Australian metro areas and for orders over $200 to Australian non-metro areas.  Enjoy peace of mind shopping!

For Australian non-metro returns for orders under $200 or international returns, you will need to organise your own shipping back to us.

For exchanges, please arrange a refund and place a new order.

*Liberté Swimwear reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the requirements of the return policy and are damaged, soiled, used or worn in any way deemed unacceptable. Please take care when trying on the garments to not leave any makeup stains or leave any scents or perfumes on the swimsuit. Returns will be denied and returned to sender if deemed unsuitable for a refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted for products marked as “Samples” unless required by law. These products have minor imperfections that are reflected in the discounted price. 

How do I return an item?

Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. Care labels, tags and original packaging is to remain intact and to be returned to us. Do not remove hygiene seal. Returns will not be accepted if removed.

Why is your swimwear triple layered?

We have found that standard double layered swimwear doesn’t last very long – by the second season of wear, they start to lose elasticity and shape. In addition, they can become see through when wet.

So unlike many other brands we decided to add an extra middle layer so our one pieces and bikinis stay in shape for longer. Plus because each piece has this extra layer, Liberté babes can wear them as bodysuits and bralettes with confidence. 

Are your swimsuits comfortable?

We handpick all our fabrics and choose only those that fit our “buttery soft” criteria.  Each bikini and one piece has amazing next to skin feel and hugs the body for all day comfort and confidence. 

Liberté babes rave about the texture and softness. 

Our triple layered fabric feels more snug on the body to begin with. So if you’re used to double layered swimsuits, Liberté swimwear may feel a bit different. Don’t worry, this is normal and generally the swimsuits mould to the body once it’s been wet.

If you’re in between sizes, and for one pieces, if you’re over 175cm, we suggest sizing up. 

What does slip proof mean?

Have you ever had to hold onto your bikini top or bottoms while you’re playing in the waves?

Or perhaps you feel the need to double check you’ve still got everything on before you emerge from the water. 

It really spoils the fun doesn’t it? 

  • All our bikini bottoms are slip proof meaning that they don’t budge even when you’re playing in the waves. 
  • The Armour and Soleil bikini tops are also slip proof.  
  • The Cherie bralette bikini tops and Monaco one piece are slip resistant. The thicker band and triple layered fabric provides more support than regular triangle design bikinis.  
Which swimsuit is the most supportive?

Our most supportive pieces are listed below:

  • Monaco one piece
  • Armour bikini top
  • The Soleil and Cherie bikini tops are also moderately supportive due to the thicker band design. 

Please note that our swimwear has not been designed for extra large busts as we know that this takes specialised skill. But this could be on the cards for the future. Let us know via DM on instagram if you have a product request! @liberteswimwear

We provide free shipping on all orders to Australian metro areas. Shipping to metro areas takes about 2-3 working days.

Do you offer same day shipping?

We don’t currently offer same day shipping but we are working on it. If this is something that you’d like to see on our site please let us know. The more customers who want it the faster we’ll work on getting it for you!

Do you ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?

Yes we can ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers in Australia. However, we cannot use express courier as we do with other addresses and will use regular Australia post shipping.

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been processed with the courier. To change your delivery address, contact us https://www.liberteswimwear.com/contactus.

What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

We will send your order with an “authority to leave” – that is the courier will leave it in a safe place, if available, on your property in the event no one is home. In the event, the parcel is left in a safe place by the courier, Liberté Swimwear assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

You can select “do not use authority to leave” when ordering. In this case, if no one is home, the delivery will be taken to a collection point (usually a nearby pharmacy or newsagent) for you to collect. You will receive an email and a card left at your address informing you of where to go.

Please ensure you pick up your parcel within 5 calendar days, otherwise the parcel may be returned to us and you could incur re-delivery fees.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payment in AUD, NZD and USD. Simply select your desired currency from top right hand corner to ensure you are viewing and checking out in your desired currency.

Please note Afterpay is currently only available for Australian customers.
